I can get a website built for £200. Why is it so expensive?

Yes, you can actually get one built for less than £200. But then the website is going to be known to yourself and a few friends; and when you get to a point where you want to start concentrating on SEO, you’ll have to re-do everything again. Your potential customers won’t be able to find the site. We’re offering you so much more than just web design. We’re offering you a web presence and a serious business growth tool. Looking at the average small service-based business, your new website will pay for itself with just one converted lead.

Do you offer finance options?

Yes, you can split the payment into 6 monthly payments with no extra charge. So you just need to pay £125 to get started.

I have a horrible old website that doesn't work. Can you patch it up?

You can keep the old domain name and your existing brand identity, however we will insist on building the new website from scratch. Fixing an old website takes more time, and it will come back to bite you when you realise loading speed is an important factor.

Can I keep my old hosting/server?

Nope. You keep full legal control of your domain name but we will move your site to our own hosting so we can guarantee that the site performance is up to our exacting standards.

What's with the £30 pcm upkeep charge?

This is a nominal charge to ensure we can maintain integrity and security of our server infrastructure and so we can properly look after your business email account. First 3 months are included in the web design package charge.

I'm not good with words. Who will write the web copy?

We will. You’re not supposed to be a copywriter. All we’re going to ask for is detailed explanation of the nature of your business and what makes it unique. We’ll take it from there.

How many pages are included?

Homepage, about us page, contact page, terms & conditions, service offerings page and two case study pages, so 7 pages in total. More pages offered at a small additional charge.
